Quality Commitment

In March 2022, GET Group has successfully been rated with CMMI Dev. Level 5 Version 2.0 of the Capability Maturity Model Integration certificate for the Third consecutive time. GET Group has been initially rated with CMMI Level 5 Version 1.3 in February 2016 and again in March 2019 ; and this renewed success reflects the Group’s strong performance consistency and organization-wide adherence to the most stringent quality standards of the software development industry and that our work and process have received the highest form of third-party validation.
The CMMI is a process-improvement approach developed by the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University that covers all aspects of product and service development and measures process maturity over five levels. The certificate is a recognized international standard for software development capabilities. The appraisal process that precedes the CMMI rating is detailed and exhaustive, and thoroughly examines the process areas of an organization toward the achievement of a set of goals. These process areas belong in four categories, 1) Process Management, 2) Project Management, 3) Engineering, and 4) Support.
GET Group's appraisal process involved a review of 22 process areas on different levels across the Group's two main business units, and reflected a continuous and consistent improvement in the delivery of software products. As one of the few enterprises in the MENA region and around the world to hold the highest level of the CMMI certificate, GET Group continues to ensure the quality of its services and the satisfaction of its clients.

GET Group’s offices in the UAE, Egypt and USA have successfully been certified for the second time with the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standards, for Quality Management and Information Security, respectively. This achievement concludes a thorough evaluation process of GET Group’s policies, documentation, processes, and services carried out by MSECB.
The ISO 9001:2015 standard for Quality Management sets the criteria for a quality management system as well as the ongoing improvement of operations and organizational structure. Having received the certification is a testimony to GET Group’s consistent commitment to quality guidelines and practices in customer management, business sustainability and operational efficiency.
The ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard for information security that sets the criteria for how to manage information security with a framework of policies and procedures that includes all legal, physical and technical controls. The certification earned by GET Group covers all IT services provided by the Corporate IT Department of GET Group Holdings from the headquarters' data center to all GET Group employees in all offices, and all the hardware and software solutions and associated professional services provided by GET Group Holdings' offices to worldwide clients.
